Email hello@founderswhoship.com. We reply within 2 working days.

For a safety concern about a member, use Report in the app or email us with “Report” in the subject. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

The FWS app

The app is for approved members. Sign in with the email you joined with. If your sign-in code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and request a new code. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us.

Delete your account

In the app, go to You > Delete my account and type the confirm word shown on the screen. Your account is deleted straight away.

On the web or without the app, email hello@founderswhoship.com from your sign-in email asking for deletion. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

We delete your profile, projects, photo and logos, intros, RSVPs, invite link, newsletter subscription, push devices and notification settings. We keep records of admin decisions with your name removed for up to 12 months.

To leave FWS without deleting your account, use Leave FWS on your profile.
